Rwanda Is Being Saved

At the beginning of January, nine graduates from CfaN evangelism bootcamp traveled to Rwanda, Africa, to preach the gospel of Jesus at youth crusades. By the grace of God, in just one week, we conducted:

Youth Crusades: 124
Attendance: 78,043
Decisions for Christ: 54,151

A massive amount of souls are being saved by the power of Jesus Christ. Children, teenagers, and young adults are receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit. A few times this week, children came up to us with a massive grin on their faces asking us to come back.

Our program consists of preaching a clear gospel. Then we pray for the youth to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. We leave them with a book, What’s Next, to lead them into a deeper relationship with Christ. We end with a celebration singing and dancing to a song, “One Way Jesus,” to remind them that Jesus is the only way to heaven. Finally, we speak to their leaders to encourage their work with the youth. After our visit, a team member from Scripture Union Africa comes to disciple youth after our evangelistic events. 

I am excited about what the Lord is doing. I plan to stay in Rwanda, conducting youth crusades until the end of March 2022. Please keep praying for our team and ministry to see more souls come to Jesus. Thank you!
